Prosena kaša z banano – 8 mesecev

ZA PRIPRAVO 200 g:

  • 1 BANANA
  • 2 ŽLICI PROSENE KAŠE
  • ŽLICA KOKOSOVEGA OLJA
  • ŠČEPEC CIMETA
  • 200 ml VODE

Proseno kašo kuhajte v vodi nekje 15 minut oziroma dokler se ne skuha, nato dodajte ščepec cimeta, premešajte in pustite stati v vodi dodatnih 5 minut, da se zmehča. Z vilico pretlačite banano, dodajte žličko kokosovega olja in premešajte s proseno kašo.

Prosena kaša je odličen vir beljakovim, predvsem pa blagodejno vpliva na prebavo, kožo in vid.
